Customer Service Administrator
Role profile:
- Carry out customer requests and transactions with accuracy and speed, ensuring that you adhere to policy and procedural guidelines
- Ensure administration is accurately executed and maintained to ensure customer data is protected
- Work with other teams and departments to ensure that scheduled duties such as statement production, tax year end and business year end are completed on time and accurately
- Contribute to generation of sales leads targets across the company’s products
- Undertake any other duties or projects as and when required
Person profile:
- Excellent customer service skills
- Strong Administration skills
- Excellent communication both verbal and written
- Ability to plan and organise work effectively
- Team worker but ability to use initiative
- Good attention to detail
Desired criteria:
- Previous experience working within finance industry
- Previous Administration experience
- Previous customer service experience
