Customer Care & Service Advisor
We are an established Caravan and Motorhome Dealer in the Derby area recruiting for an experienced, professional Customer Care / Service Advisor to join our busy Caravan & Motorhome service centre. This is an integral part of our team and reports to the Customer Care Manager.
The Role:
To provide a high level of customer satisfaction by ensuring all job functions and tasks are delivered in an accurate and timely manner. Liaising with customers on a face to face basis and over the telephone. Booking vehicles in for service or repair and dealing with associated paperwork.
Responsibilities include:
- Responding positively to customer telephone enquires relating to service and repairs
- Answer customers questions regarding service requirements, warranty issues and repairs
- Create service bookings, ensure that service bookings are managed efficiently
- Create Job Cards and Service Packs
- Liaising with Customer Care Manager to ensure workshop loading suits diary bookings
- Liaising with Parts & Warranty Departments to track progress of claims and parts
- Establish customers’ requirements during reception booking in process
- Tracking vehicles through workshop
- Liaising with third part contractors for body repairs and valeting
- Ensure that vehicles are completed on time agreed or customer advised of any delays
- Advise on any additional work required
- Checking all documents for accurate completion, maintaining all customer record files and job cards on a daily basis. Maintaining an accurate filing system for ease of retrieval
- Producing invoices for completed work and explain content to customers during collection process
- Processing payments for service and repairs

Other Details:
You will be required to work Monday to Friday from 9am – 5pm and two Saturday mornings on a rota basis in return we offer:
